Wrenn Kilmartin is a yoga teacher devoted to slow, gentle movement as a pathway to more ease, peace, joy and freedom in everyday life.

Her classes flow with softness and intention from one nourishing pose to the next. This cultivates strength through mindful movement, focused breath work and inner awareness. This Hatha style of yoga supports the nervous system, helping the body to release tension, lower stress and move with greater intention.

Wrenn is a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice.

She has been teaching for over a year and is very much looking forward

to sharing yoga with you.

Mixed Mat & Chair Yoga

Instructor: Julie Johnson

Cost: Included in Membership, $7 for Guest Pass, or Purchase Class Package

When: Tuesdays at 10AM

Mixed Mat and Chair Yoga is an inclusive, adaptable, and accessible practice which is beneficial whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, and whether you are healthy or have medical issues. By moving mindfully with attention to the breath, your flexibility, balance, and strength improves as does your ability to live more fully in the present moment. It is said that if you can breathe, you can do yoga! It is about listening to the body and honoring what you are hearing. And as an added benefit, once you become familiar with a few postures, you can easily incorporate yoga in your daily life.
