Yoga Classes

Yin Yoga

Instructor: Kat Van Fossen

Cost: $5 for Everyone or Purchase Class Package

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00-9:45AM

This is a slower paced and more meditative yoga class. Poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. This is a perfect class for all levels.


Chair Yoga

Instructor: Kat Van Fossen

Cost: Included in Membership, $7 for Guest Pass, or Purchase Class Package

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00-10:45AM

Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated while practicing yoga poses. It can be practiced by anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga and may (or may not) have mobility limitations. Chair yoga is great for anyone who needs more support and work on balance.
