When: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10AM

Cost: Included in Membership, $7 for Guest Pass, or Purchase Class Package

This class is a 55 and older senior based class designed to help with both strength as well as flexibility and balance. 

This 45-minute class is designed to use weights, bands, exercise balls and other various equipment to strengthen your core as well as address balance and flexibility.  The program involves both standing and chair exercise and is geared to concentrate on the fundamentals of exercise. 

This class also provides for muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness. It is a popular way to workout, especially if you are looking for variety in your workout. (This is a senior based program but welcomes anyone wishing to attend!)
