This is a 45-50 minute class focusing on improving muscle tone while also improving cardiovascular fitness. This class will wake up your body and stimulate your mind. Mobility and balance factors heavily into the design of the class. We will be using different hand-held equipment to assist throughout the course of the program. It is a popular way to workout, especially if you are looking for variety in your workouts.
This class is primarily for those 55 and older but anyone is welcome to attend!
This 45-5o minute class is designed to use weights, bands, exercise balls and other various equipment to strengthen your core as well as address balance and flexibility. The program involves both standing and chair exercise and is geared to concentrate on the fundamentals of exercise. This class is primarily for those 55 and older but anyone is welcome to attend.
