Has Nautilus equipment and free weights for your use and for many different styles of Cardio Workouts, AWCI has: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Air Bike, Recumbent Bikes, Stair Masters, Rowing Machines, Vertical Climber, and the cushioned Indoor Track is 25 laps to equal a mile.
