Therapeutic Water Exercise

In this low impact class, we perform exercises which stretch and flex every joint and muscle of the body. Joints become more limber and muscles become stronger. Warm up stretches, water walking forward, sideways and backward, and core work utilizing the bars in the therapy pool. To build strength we utilize foam weights working the arms and legs, and cool down with balance exercises, more stretches, and deep breathing.

This class is perfect for people with replaced joints, arthritis, sore joints, back issues, recovering from surgery, fibromyalgia, those who want to move with more ease, build strength, and balance!

Deep Water Cardio & Strength

This class is held in the deep end of the pool. Flotation belts are provided. We perform water jogging, walking and other conditioning exercises to improve muscle and cardiovascular endurance. Weights, noodles and other equipment may be used.

Great low impact option for all ability levels!

Mermaids

This class meets in the shallow end of the lap pool Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30am. Everyone is welcome to enjoy a workout in the water with us! We laugh and have a lot of fun!
