Aquatics
LEARN TO SWIM
We offer the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program. Learn-to-Swim is made up of six levels of swimming and water safety instruction. As participants progress through the levels and develop these skills, they become safer and better swimmers. We’re proud to offer you a certified Water Safety Instructor, trained by the Red Cross. This is a balanced program that teaches swimming skills and how to be safe in the water in a fun, safe environment.
Swim Lessons are available to both children and adults.

Giving students success with fundamental skills.
Stroke Development
Builds on the skills in Level 2 through additional practice. Deep Water Introduction
Stroke Refinement
Develops confidence in the skills learned provides further coordination and refinement of strokes and includes turns.

Provides further coordination and refinement of strokes and turns, includes diving.
Swimming and Skill Proficiency
Life Guard Readiness.
Designed to acclimate a child to the water environment and teach muscle control. Provides a safe and friendly environment for children to become comfortable with the water.
Mild exercises in a therapy pool (warm) to help alleviate symptoms of arthritis. Benefits include improved flexibility and range of motion.
Aerobic exercises performed in the pool with or without floatation devices. Benefits include strengthening and toning muscles with little
impact.
An intense training on rescue skills, CPR, first aid, & all water
safety procedures. Benefits include receiving certificates for all above mentioned which allows graduates to become employed as a certified lifeguard.
