Silver Sneakers group exercise classes offer you the best opportunity to stay on track toward your health and fitness goals. Our signature classes are designed specifically for older adults and taught by specially trained, certified instructors.

Karate for All Ages
Learn Karate from experienced Martial Arts Hall of Fame Instructor, Sensei Mary B. Briggs.
Improve your confidence, flexibility and strength. We practice Kidokime-Ryu Karate-do which is the Japanese/American School that practices the Inner or Internal Energy Way of Proper Focus - The Empty Hand.
Ages 6-9yrs.
